Some one at Vt needs to say stop we have not approached the athletic dept the right way and frankly our program is in deep needs and establish a visionary way to personally reconnect to the Vt community ..if this means replacing the Enept football staff and leadership of the atheltic financial development so be it

U know at uva when bronco and the new ad came in they knew program was broken. They basically went to the bov and gave them the brutal truth and uva was doing it wrong and the gap in financing their needed or they need to reduce the athletic dept . The bov frankly was shocked but created honest discussion and way forward . I know uva is uva but this is an example of transparency brutal Truth and honesty to admit we didn’t do it right and path forward
