to capture the UVA-WVU "rivalry" (aka 2 bowl games where the UVA bands made fun of people from WV). I guess Notre Dame would be paired up with L'ville. Although I could see the ACC decide to place Notre Dame in the Atlantic too and move either BC, L'ville, or Syracuse to the Coastal. Now if I were to keep with the "Swofford's bad gift ideas to VT fans before he goes" theme, then I guess VT could trade being paired with BC to being paired with Syracuse since everyone knows how much VT fans love playing football games in the Jiffy Pop Dome.
