We all know we are between a rock and a hard place. Should we aim high with a "splash" hire for HC now, to make up for the gap in facilities, operational staff, etc.? Do we need to spend 7 - 8 million for the best college (or pro) Head Coach we can get (plus positional coaches), in the hopes that recruiting, culture, giving, etc. all turn in a positive direction while the facilities gaps ($50 - 100 million) are being addressed?

Is this our only way out now, with a splash hire? And I am talking the "best of the best" HC (Saban, Dabo - or a Belichick/Andy Reid pro coach) that would turn the heads of both the recruits and the fans.
