people act like we hired a Division 3 coach and give him total power.
Whoever interviews the next coach needs to be more aware of and concentrate on, personality and sales ability with SOME X’s and O’s ability.
I want a coach that can SELL the program on the recruiting trail, can hire a strong staff and delegate on field strategy, for the most part, to the staff. Just like in the military.
