In hindsight it was a bad hire ....
Fu being a hot commodity shouldn't matter in determining if it was a good hire or not ... Whit's job was still to determine if he would be a good successful fit.
Not seeing these flaws or tendencies ( lack of recruiting, bad relationship building, poor communication, inflexibility ) is a mark against Whit. IMO
