The TSL poster reaction will probably lean happy because this is the most engaged and vocal element of the fan base. But most VT football fans don’t have a history of coaches being fired. It’s happened zero times in 35 years. As a result, I think there is a less glee with such things for many within the fan base than at a place like Auburn, for example, where coaches are either fired or on the hot seat seemingly every year.
