Recruiting, Keeping the VT Fanbase happy ( That's your MONEY ) . And Not understanding that his Staff he brought was Not a D5 Staff . And That showed .plus he ran off several good coaches that was better than anything he brought with Him. And Never wanted to Change his Stale ass attitude towards people that are VT ! You should Know this much without Me stating it. We won't cover his gameday Coaching Blunders by Him and His Buddy Corny. And Throw in things that Never get mentioned, His Players lost respect about the First two years here. Maybe somebody here will get a "scoop" and let folks know that lot are Checking Out as I type..
