I doubt there are stats out there for what I really want to see. Stats don't do it for me because scoring 30 more points after the game is won are useless stats
What I would want to see is what the offense does after the D gives up a score. And what the D does after the offense scores. An offense that scores 50 when things are going their way is pretty useless if they can't answer the other teams score. Ditto the D. What are the stats about getting those critical first downs with long clock eating drives that does not allow a hot opposing offense that last chance to win the game. Those are my kind of stats
