Seriously, that probably had as much to do with Claeys as JHam. I think it was Fu who said when he announced the staff that Claeys is done climbing the ladder, he "just wants to coach with good people."

It makes sense to me that Claeys is perfectly happy to coach and recruit his position, let the young buck design and call the defense, and he'll add his input as necessary.
