personnel / experience he's had to work with. I just would not have corners play off in zone as much. Play tight coverage, if you get beat you got beat competing. Show confidence in players. I think JHam can coach as we have seen improvement when we get the right personnel on the field. Also, I think we need / want an African American HC and I guy with energy. That's him, but just not ready yet.
