I have no idea what you are talking about "deal with the Beamers" as nothing of the sort was suggested.

What was suggested is that these father son deals rarely work and often leave huge messes (eg Bowden) and my only suggestion about the Beamer's is that like any father, he has likely counseled his son on a pathway to a HC job at some point, somewhere. If you inferred that this was for VT - this is incorrect and you are the only one to do so.

Shane Beamer needs to coach elsewhere. This is a warm thought but a very bad idea.
