Shane
Well, I was not a fan initially of this idea. The father/son dynamic just doesn’t seem to work. Kid probably doesn’t deserve this opportunity, getting it based solely on his name. Now I see he has coached many phases of the game, observed winning coaches over 15 years. He has waited patiently and not become a head man too young. I refreshed my memory by watching YouTube interviews. I gotta admit it’s not everything, but I like the way he interacts with the press...a lot! The guy has charisma, calls people by name, does the little things that could help in a recruits living room. I’m not saying it’s a slam dunk by any means but as some of you have said, I’m in on giving Shane a shot. He loves VT and that matters.
