I do live in Virginia and while I admittedly don't go out and about a lot

when I do, EVERYONE is wearing a mask. Most are even wearing them in the parking lots on their way to/from their vehicles. And yet the Guvnah just added more restrictions to his peoples due to rising cases. So if Virginia has one of the lowest rates of new cases, why are more restrictions necessary? And with so many people wearing masks, why are the number of cases increasing? I am starting to think that masks aren't the solution people hoped they were - the virus seems to spread anyway. I know my son caught it working with another student and both wore masks the entire time - anecdotal for sure but these studies are starting to support that masks don't make a major difference in the spread rate.
