Fun exercise: take a c19 data set from a range of countries. Identify date

when mask edicts were made on c19 case curves. Ask oneself how can this be?

2 possible answers come immediately to mind

A) people didn't follow the guidelines well enough. So, mask more.

B) the masking didn't have the effect desired.
