Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how the rest of this season goes...
I think he's the real deal at RB. When the OL is actually blocking (which they didn't do very well against Wake), he shows great patience, vision, and strength. He has plenty of speed to be an effective NFL back. He isn't going to outrun DBs to the endzone, but top end speed is pretty low on the list of necessary traits to be a successful NFL RB. He doesn't have the eye-popping athleticism to be a top pick (few RBs do) -- but I could see him having a nice NFL career.
