the answer is a one size fits all. Depends on coach, players, program internally and fans externally. Much easier to blow up and establish new culture where a program has had no or limited success while it can be tricky with programs that have enjoyed sustained success. Then you throw in types of players in the program and just to complicate things even more an active/involved fan base and things can get pretty crazy.
