ACC every 6-8 years. That's not unreasonable. Given that we are supposedly a "football" school, we should consistently be better than every school other than perhaps Miami in the Coastal and FSU and Clemson in the Atlantic. We should be a real contender for the Coastal almost every year. We should also expect to beat UVA 80% of the time. 8 wins should be disappointing. 6 wins should be viewed as a disaster. 9+ wins should be expected. A decent bowl should be expected. I can't see that fans shouldn't have those expectations.
