I prefer ND wants to join the ACC, and not be forced to join

If they don't want to join in football, then everything should go back to pre-pandemic arrangements. Hopefully ND will eventually want to join.

Have a feeling the ACC will make concessions to reduce conference games played to accommodate ND's OOC schedule. They will probably also allow ND to keep their NBC contract for home games.
