Most if not all want you in the conference, but not forced by the ACC.

It will likely be forced by the P-5 consolidating to a P-4 and maybe even the P-4 breaking away from the NCAA for football. You saw the role of the NCAA on P-5 Conference football with the Pandemic, every conference did it differently and that just makes no sense at all. You need an even playing field for teams to have a legitimate champion.
