Buy. Although this year provides no additional information with which to


make a definitive judgment. This year is a wash. Fu's squad is not a class of 5 star (highly paid) recruits. Instead, his strategy must rely on development over time (case in point: the OL, Hendon Hooker, etc.). Missing spring practice hurts a team like VT much more than it hurts a team like UNC or OSU, that is relying more heavily on raw talent.
