That Abbott fast test gives a result in a few minutes, but is only about 95% accurate. Other testing is more accurate, but takes a couple days to get results. So you pass the Abbott test, but still a 5% chance you have the virus. Or you get the more accurate test, but you may start shedding virus in those two days.
