So far as I'm aware, this is national issue. Many schools seem to have more opportune timing, with their outbreaks and all happening well before the season. Also, there are marked differences from a school perspective I think I've heard mention about.

Commitment to keep VA college students on campus in comparsion to the UNC - send tons home model. There is a really fine line trying to navigate all this. Differences in state policies are definitely a hurdle. For the record, I support the kids to say on campus over creating some sort of "bubble". The issue, in my mind, about a "bubble" is that rhese are STUDENT-athletes. Special precautions for them causing undue hardship on the standard student seems like a lroblem with the concept, on its face.
