Basically they are well beyond absolute peak capacity right now

Peak capacity is typically in the Thanksgiving-to-Christmas window when everyone there works 60-70+ hour weeks and they hire armies of temps to keep things moving. Painful, but it's only for 4-5 weeks, so people suck it up.

FedEx has been operating about 20% above the Christmas season levels ever since March.
