You must live in Ashburn, same issue

A little while back I ordered a laptop from Dell, was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, required signature. Made sure myself or wife was home. Get a delayed message at 4pm. Go on the site and see that the only option I have is pay 5 dollars for delivery on Saturday. Pay the 5 dollars, told it was not going to be delivered Saturday. After calling them complaining told it would be delivered. FedEx guy in his personal car delivers it at about 6pm.
