Bacon wrapped meatloaf verdict. It was good, and a nice change to try

something new.

But it wasn't "OHMIGOD!!!! That's Delicious!!" off the charts amazing. At least, not enough to justify the extra effort to make it and the extra time to cook it.

And the bacon wrapping does increase the cooking time, by about 40 to 50%. It looked cool though, just wrapped in that bacon quilt.
