Nothing's official yet, but trick or treating can be done safely. First,


only go out with your family - the people you're isolating / semi isolating with already anyway.

Second, the people giving out candy - put it outside the door with a sign saying "Take 1", OR sit outside, 10 to 15 feet away from the candy and tell the kids to take 1.

Easy. Socially distanced and done. Though some kids in some areas will probably violate the honor system, making the 'sit outside' option better if that's the case.
