Remember all that 5G traffic is still hitting a switch or a router

You might not like your current Internet provider but most Large Internet providers are carrying 5G traffic on their switches and routers. 5G needs lots of fiber and needs switches and routers deployed at the cell towers to carry that 5G traffic. So these large 5G carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile need smaller providers to carry their traffic in case their networks are busy or have problems. Not sure you will gain much of an advantage at the access layer at your home or place of business with a hot spot over your current home Internet connection as just a couple of miles from your house your 5G traffic and your current Internet connection are probably riding the same fiber and network.
