Continue safety precautions but lock downs are no longer necessary because they appear to have nailed down the treatment protocols.

I think they said it was the worst case scenario for the spread of the virus at about 5 to 1. I wouldn't get too worked up about it. Some people read the headlines only. Some people only read part of the headline.
