It's a matter of how long it'll take before the sovereign debt markets are essentially nationalized. Extremely low interest rates require equity withdrawal from assets since they don't earn enough income. So the CB will inflate their asset prices to facilitate the sale of assets by pension funds, etc. without drawing down assets.
