I have been below 10% three times in my life.


Once in high school. As a 90 pounder. Cobra Kai didn’t exist yet so I got my ass kicked a lot. Mom sent me to the wrestling room. That helped.

Also below 10% twice training for marathons. Could not stay worm. Wore a sweatshirt almost all day even inside during summer. Always cold. Couldn’t adjust but I was only there about a month each time. Much easier to run a marathon when you aren’t carrying around 25-30 extra pounds though.
