will in all likelihood give you a good idea of how it will play out. The first indicator will be the outside investigator hired. The second indicator will be the reporting structure put in place. Will it be the full board or a committee of the board and, if a committee, who will comprise the committee. The third indicator will be how public and descriptive, in terms of process, will the PR surrounding the investigation be. At this point, the opening salvo was pretty general, as would be expected this early in the process. The final indicator, if it ever becomes public, will be the extent to which BOTH sides lawyer up and how those lawyers proceed to serve their respective clients. Not sure at this point I would bet on which way this goes until seeing a few more of the moving parts and possible indicators.
