If you do it by geography, the 2 Arizona schools & USC & UCLA fit easily.

Also, so do Colorado and Utah. Culture wise WVU is a great fit for the SEC and geography and rivalry wise they also fit the ACC.

The thing is that I am emphasizing the sports side of this, but we all know the AD's don't vote, the University Presidents vote. So that changes the priorities greatly because sports are second pretty much everywhere, but the SEC and the B12.
