I still think Scott should have taken ESPN up on their offer.

They offered to take over the failing network in exchange for an extension of Tier 1 rights for the PAC12. This offer was made at the time the ACC Network was being created so Disney could have gotten the PAC12 Network the same distribution as the SEC and ACC Networks.

I think in the end ESPN will get it anyway and put the PAC12 on ESPN+ like the Big XII. I'm already hearing rumblings that Fox has been positioning itself to be bought by Amazon.
