People's reactions and questions to the Iowa letter will give an idea of what worked and what did not work from a communications standpoint so that those to follow can piggy back on the good and hopefully improve on the bad. It is going to be a bumpy ride and to weather it as best as possible is going to require a team effort utilizing the best that can be mustered across a variety of skillsets.
