Merc that model is shifting, as people pull the plug on cable, TV ratings

matter more. WVU like VT has the ratings even if they aren't located in the most populated area.

WVU would have great ratings against VT, Pitt, UVA, Louisville etc. So when cable ruled they were out, but it is shifting back to TV ratings...in others how many people are watching no matter where they are located.
