If the league could pry him away from his investment firm, it would be a home-run hire. He started in the early 90s with media rights for Wake and VT and turned that into $2.4B. Maybe at this point in his career, he would view this as a crowning position. I think he's around 62, so maybe he could give it 8-10 years and get the league through the next media rights cycle.

On a side note, I was grumpy many years ago and left this site. Good to see the discussions again.
