There is something known as a legal waiver which once signed waives


the right to litigation. We sign these everyday; doctor's offices etc. The same will happen with other businesses. You CANNOT waive NEGLIGENCE but you CAN waive liability....this is why Covid 19 will never become a massive litigation concern as many think..

It will also allow kids to go to school and fans to attend sporting contests..
