I've not been to Jekyll. It's on the bucket list. Apparently it's overrun with deer. Looking at it online, it looks like it's 90% state owned land, no private parcels anywhere jumped out at me that would be safe enough to set up to take a shot at one.

Unfortunate. Seems like the local restaurants could start offering deer burgers and backstrap steaks pretty easy and cheap if someone would let them!
