Testing is part of the protocol, of course the other states that

were not peaking when NY was are now peaking and headed down the other side as we get to herd immunity, that seems to be being ignored but lets continue with the bad decisions.

So we play in 2021 with a vaccine that less than half of the US pop will take and will not be 100% effective, sounds like a plan.

Or we deal with the risk and continue with life.
