Ha ha! I have been searching for a PSA commercial from the 70's that


had a similar humor - but just can't find it. It had a guy - the same guy - toasting to one thing after another that were opposites, one after the other. Like
"Congratulations!" (with the guy in smiley face) then,
"To better times" with the guy giving a somber look.
"Cheers!" - smiling, then...
"Sorry for your loss" - or something.


Of course, the PSA was far from effective with my crowd. We found it hysterical, and mimicked it while drinking.
