PAC12 setting up a loan program if they don't have the football season


Each of the schools would be able to apply for a 10 year loan to cover the losses from not having football.

But also this article says that a Larry Scott's idea of an equity partner is dead. Part of the reason is that the partners they were looking at required a Grant of Rights from each member of the PAC12 to the PAC12. Apparently USC and UCLA refused to sign a Grant of Rights to the PAC12. To me that's a significant nugget buried in this article.
