That's a fairly absolute statement about something we clearly do not know everything about, including who has actually contracted the virus and what the actual affects are, both now and in the future. This says nothing about the number being flaunted, whose origin and validity are entirely suspect, especially when taking into account the above.

All of that aside, this would be like saying, "99.9999989 % of the U.S. population were unaffected by the 9/11 bombings. Check the numbers." It's callous AF.
