Cuomo’s response will go in the books as how NOT to respond ...


90% of deaths are in the oldest 1/3 of the population. Cuomo forced that vulnerable 1/3 into exposure to hot spots. The curve flattened because the most vulnerable either died or recovered. Trial by fire I guess.
