I would say you probably not only started the list, but also pretty much ended it - all in one brief post.

The list of players who transferred from another 4 yr football program to VT - over the entire history of the VT program - and ended up a significant contributor at VT is very short. Basically VT had previously gotten maybe 1 such transfer every decade or so before the portal. So to say the transfers VT got before the portal (which is not even two years old yet) seemed to be better is bitter lemon hyperbole, at best.
