Great morning for stellar customer service at Advance Auto parts. Placed an


online order for wiper blades, it said Curbside Pickup & Free Installation. I can install wiper blades but hell, if they're offering, why not? Pulled up to the store and called "Hi, I'm calling about an online order and free wiper installation. I'm outside"
AA: You can come in sir
Me: The email said you did curbside. I'd prefer that so as to not come in the store
AA: You have to come in to show your ID and sign paperwork
Me: Alright
AA: WHAT'D YOU SAY????
Me: Alright I'll be right in
AA: THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!!! (hang up)

I went ahead and cancelled the order and went to Pep Boys but man, that guy provided me with a hell of a laugh at 8am on a Saturday.
