OK, biannual heat pump inspection


guys saying the compressor's failing, $3100k for a new compressor or

spec out a new one? So may get an estimate.

yeah, I've had it 14 years, should last 15, draws 13 amps system will shut off at 14amps etc. etc. etc. On the other hand, I've never been one to run it all day long etc. I mean, I believe the guy, but sorta like tires they'll happily sell you new ones when they probably have another 10k on the old ones. They've been inspecting them for years, and only with the last one a different guy did mention some of that stuff, things do get old.

Favorites for a town house? Have American Standard, they want to sell me a Lenox. will check consumers reports etc.
