Is our game with Liberty officially off? with the 1 OOC game and I

thought some ACC clause about it being an in-state game, they fit the bill. I know that in-state clause was before the SEC went to Conference games only but it gave Loiusville, GT, Clemson, and FSU the needed game to meet the requirement
