Like it or not, exactly why college/K-12 are hesitant to open.


So a student parties/socializes for 48 hours on the weekend, and then tests positive on Wednesday.

Who gets blamed, who faces a potential lawsuit?

Because it sure as heck won't be the kids who hosted a keg-party.
