What's your point? Walmart is a billion dollar business...
Every billion dollar business has employees that do all the work and get paid peanuts (these players are getting significantly more money per hour than millions of Americans and better living conditions)... These billions in college football aren't profits going to private individuals, it takes billions in CAPEX and OPEX to keep programs running. If schools can't afford a program then players aren't going to get free education or cash. Just like in every other industry, college prepares you for the professional world and performance in college can get you paid higher as a professional. Being high performing in college can also get you a free education. Not sure why we act like sports is some special billion dollar industry.
