guess, but after Clemson’s team experience, most players likely see it as inevitable (if they were concerned about football practice, they’d be concerned about going to the beach and partying, etc.- which is the point I think he was trying to make with THOSE comments...


While CF could definitely have valid concerns, I would also say there could be the equal possibility that his valid observations could have played into his decision, but it also could be his choice to continue physical therapy for his injury.

My bet is that it might come out later that he’s still dealing with the very long term healing process of a lot of back injuries. That stuff requires a complete workout / lifestyle change when it comes to changing your body to recover from back surgery. Of course, he might accomplish this change and it will never come out that he’s still having issues. Eight months from now though is not a long time at all.
